My mom got here December 6th. She is here for 3wks and going to spend Christmas with us. My dad will be getting here in a couple weeks to spend it with us too. It has been so nice having my mom here with us. She is so much fun to have around and she is sooooo great with Brightyn. It is so nice to have a third hand to help. She has been spoiling Brightyn a ton.
Living away from home and just relying on the two of us, you learn real quick to never take advantage of things and you appreciate things alot more. My mom has watched Brightyn a couple of times now while Brock and I have gone on a couple of "dates.". Oh my gosh, I don't remember the last time we just got out together. I missed her so much but it was so nice to have a break. Thank you so much mom for helping us out and giving us time just to spend with each other and keeping Bri in good hands.
Brightyn loves it when my mom puts her on her leg and bounces her up and down. She just smiles so big and is content. 
It's as if Brightyn remembered my mom right away. It may have been the voice... but she knew something was familiar. When we picked my mom up from the airport, Brightyn just stood and stared at my mom almost the whole way home. As soon as she got out of the car and inside, she gave Grandma lots of loves and kisses!
