Fun New Things Bri does....

The other night we put Bri on the floor under her toy. We went into the kitchen to make dinner. When we checked on her a couple minutes later, she was across the floor. As shown in the picure below... We have a mover already! No kidding!

I haven't posted in a while what Bri has been up to. She is already a busy little girl! She is so much fun! Everyday is a new, fun, and exciting day with her. Brightyn loves her legs. She would stand all day long if you would let her. She is so dang strong. We just stand her up to the couch or whatever else she can hold on to and just let her do her thing. Of course we are close by to catch her is she starts to fall. She also loves to help hold her bottle. She always has to have a hand on there helping you and we've already been getting her to hold her own bottle from time to time. She does very well already with it. My baby is a major wiggle worm. The other day I had her on the couch partly in between my legs while I started to change her. I turned my head for 2 seconds literally to grab the wipes when I felt something on my leg. Good thing I have quick reflexes because I caught her about an inch from the ground from landing on her head. Yes, she is to fast for us already. She will roll to her side any chance she gets. My heart was beating 90miles and hr. Yes, I felt like a horrible mom! From now on we do everything on the floor and never take and eye or a hand off of her. She also moves around on the floor. She scoots on her back. We will put her one place to play and look a minute later and she has moved. She will roll over once in a while but not all the time yet. I haven't been able to catch her doing it yet. She loves to Coo, blow bubbles, and will even let out a few giggles now. We have that on video which I will post later. She smiles all the time now. It doesn't take much to get her to give you a big cheese. Unfortunately when I put the camera in front of her face she won't smile. Go figure! Bri loves to play with Daddy. She loves when he will sit and let her play with his facial hair. She is quite fascinated with him. I am sure I am leaving some things out but I wanted to update on the things she's been doing. Man, I just love this little girl. I am such a proud mommy!

Brightyn LOVES to Stand! I know it's a little scary but yes we move our hands away and she just stands there by herself. She is actually pretty sturdy considering she is only 3mnths old. She is so strong. I think she knows she is pretty cool stuff.

She also likes to have her hands on her bottle when you feed her. She will actually hold her own bottle for a little bit. This is good for us, i can't wait till she can really feed herself. She is now to the point that when I hold the bottle in front of her face she knows what it is and will grab it and pull it toward her mouth. What a smarty pants!


Brightyn loves to Coo and blow lots of bubbles. We are constantly wiping slobber off of her mouth all day. I actually got a good video of her doing it finally. It's really cute! Don't forget to mute the music so you can hear her!!
