Brightyn arrived in this Crazy World Saturday May 30th @ 8:38pm after 16hrs of Labor.
She weighed 7lbs 7oz & measured 20.5 inches
Wow! What an amazing experience although a very very long one. The epidural was a saving grace. Loved it! I am glad it is over & we are out of that hospital. Brock was so amazing through the whole thing. I could not have gotten through it without him. He was by my side coaching me & encouraging me the whole time. I am so lucky to have such an amazing, supportive husband.
After pushing for over and hour, and breaking my sacrum in the process Brightyn finally made it here. When my Dr. put her on top of me I totally lost it. I just bawled and bawled. She was perfect & so beautiful. I can't believe we brought this little angel into the world. We still find ourselves looking at her in awe that she is really ours. We couldn't love her more. She has the longest fingers & toes. She definetly got them from her Grandma Deb & Aunt Brittany. She's got mommy's lips & nose & daddy's dark hair. She doesn't have very much but hey, thats what the bows & headbands are for. Brock also says she is very stubborn like her mommy.

Wowwie wow wow! She is beautiful. I am so proud of you Chan. You are going to be such a great mom. Remember to cut yourself some slack, the house doesn't have to be spotless. Take naps whenever you can. That helps tons. Way to go. you totally rock.

Congradulations you two. She is soooooo Beautiful! We were all thrilled to hear the news. Chantel, I'm sorry for your miserable delivery, but it was so worth it I bet you feel now. Enjoy your Mom and Dad. I would love to see Richards face. We love you and are so happy for the three of you.

Such a cutie!! I want to hold her :) So give her a kiss from aunt Heather since I can't for awhile! Chan I think she looks like you! Wilson genes not so dominant right now :) Give her a few weeks maybe some more will come out!
